Global refund is an organisation which enables you to shop and receive a VAT refund on your purchases. All the shops in the Myslbek shopping Gallery are part of this programme.

• When paying for your purchases, ask the sales person for a so-called “refund Cheque”
• At the airport, show your purchases, the receipt for them and your passport. You will get your refund cheques stamped.
• When you are back at home, go to a Refund Office, show your stamped refund cheques, your passport and your credit card. You will be reimbursed either to your bank account or in cash, as you wish.
